Anybody On Here Fly Out Of Town Each Weekend?

Props bout to check it out. I was looking to go there or either San Juan in august.

I am not going to lie DR spoiled me man, $750-950 for 4 nights 5 days everything included, clean as hell, treat you great, eat all day drink all day relax all day go crazy all day. Its one of my few places where I can sit back and do nothing all day, or go insane all day. And in Miami I would spend more in 2 nights just eating/drinking.

Tourists, we chilled with groups from NZ, Canada all over the place..

Oh and the workers there are locals and ummmmm they are all fair game as most live on the resort while working

Really you just need to find a way to get out there (catching flight deals in advance and etc) if you already have established spots (like friends, a chick and etc) at the destination, it can be done at least a few times a year easily

Spend all day saturday in the city living it up.

Fly home sunday night?

Fly from LA area to Miami for just 30 hours in the city to live it up? I know it can be done, but if you have to go back to work on a Monday morning that seems like a lot. Don't forget that's a 5 hour flight and a 3 hour time difference. If you are really thinking of doing this wouldn't staying on the West coast make more sense? SF, San Diego, Phoenix, Vegas, Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, Denver, Dallas, are all very short flights away. Some even in the same time zone so you wouldn't be losing hours.

I'm gone 1-2 weekends a month, cost a shytload flying from cali since I'm always heading east

I want to move back to the east coast just for the travel, each to get everywhere except cali/Vegas

Hopefully I'll be able to do this on the regular season year from now. I still peep a few out of town sporting events a year though. Last year I went to a Lakers and Clippers home game . Floor level seats

Going to DFW , Vegas, ATL and Houston in the next six months so I'll see what I can do then

I do it almost weekly. But I'm off during the week. And I work for an airline so I'm not spending anything on airfare.

Right now I'm just trying to see all of the baseball stadiums so I'll fly into a city early, explore the city during the day if it's a night game, and then hit the game up and go to a bar afterwards. Fly out in the morning. If it's an afternoon game I'll probably fly out that same day.

Helps that I'm also right in the middle of the country, lol, so flights aren't ridiculously long like they'd be if I lived on either coast.

It might be more "family friendly" though...my wife planned the trip and we brought our kids
