Anybody Plan To Get In Touch With Their Ancestors More Next Year?

I'm thinking about doing it (not joining Ifa, but taking some practices to meditate). I want to learn and get in touch with my African ancestors.

I follow trough with a lot actually. Next month I have orientation and I won't be on her much since I'm heading back on the workforce and doing school.


Also, this is so I can pay homage to the people who made it possible for me. As an African, I should know my ancestors.

Breathing excercises while Mediating is a good excercise in itself. 20 minutes of breathing excercises and in 1 week u will feel a difference. You will wake up after only 4 hours of sleep and feel refreshed. My suggestion...start with breathing excercise meditation first. You might spook yourself out fukking with all that communicating with the dead stuff. I notice you always refering to The Torah but Necromancing was forbidden by Yahweh,

I'm going to college next year. Both a degree and cert program. I won't even be on here much if at all. Have orientation for the cert program next month and my aunt is gonna tutor me in my for my degree program (going back to community college).
