There's a few gems in there. I didn't know if you weighed 170 pounds that means you should consume 170 grams of protein per day. Really good book. It's on Amazon for a penny right now.

That's ratio is a little debateable depending on what you are trying to do. If you are trying to build muscle that 90 to 100 percent of weight to protein is likely optimal. To cut and maintain muscle I think that can be lower. My guy is that the "fitness" industry wants us to think otherwise.

I'm surprised that knowing the hustler 50 is he didn't do more to corner a market in the fitness industry.
He loves the spotlight, so I don't see him ever foreman grill himself.
