I'm neither. I'm probably closer to one of the two than you and if dont get there Im try to look like one. That is one step in the right direction.

Never been one of those diehard, stand in the rain for 4 hours for a pair of re released Jordan's type of guys, but I have a pair of black and white 9s. Got them about 3 years ago, I honestly haven't bought a pair of shoes over $120 (dress shoes) since then.

Stopped copping j's once I started having real bills. $300 shoes just aren't appealing when you have a mortgage and trying to build your portfolio.

I still like j's and sneakers in general but they cost so damn much shyt quality and Nike coming out with the same kicks every few years. Plus they look out of place if you're rocking fitted gear and going for a more mature look.

I rock $25 vans.

That wasnt my point and i dont disagree with that either. Smart phones value is in the so-called new tech. Ima choose the new iphone over the new aj XI everytime. If apple stopped with the iphone 6 and just released diferent colors the price would go up and resale would be greater.

Come to think of it fukk all these companies cause everyone does the same hustle. W/ that being said im pretty sure the iphone 5 is still worth atleast $300.

Funny thing is jb is gonna be its own problem. The x have a full size run right now. Jb greed is whats gonna drive the resale value down.

My point is, telling someone that if they buy a $700 smart phone they shouldnt see a problem with buying retro/released often/same color/cheaper material/everybody and they momma got them shoes is not close to the same.

Yea I stopped a couple years ago. I remember when I use to lurk niketalk back in like 07-10 and I used to see people complaining bout the quality of jordans that were coming out. I was thinking to myself these nikkas tripping and shyt wrong with the quality. Couple years later when the white cement 3s came out I bought them in my regular size and when I put them on the looked like clown shoes.




Also I started being a pain in the ass to get a pair. Raffle tickets for shoes ? I remember back when I was in middle school and the 10s first retored

All the stores was sold out. Luckily a young nikka called Eastbay and got the last pair. Came back the middle stuntin on them lil nikkas. Now eastbay sells out in miniutes
