I stopped copping Js in like 09
My reason being I saw how the quality was going down, yet the price was going up
I remember copping the Mars 4s and the leather and stitching being garbage. That was the 1st release I notice the drop-off in quality

old school NTer here as well.I still wear J's but I only like some as some don't look right to me on my feet. I like the look of 1's but for some reason I like them a lot more in the box then on my damn feet, yet I still keep buying 1's

i rock vans and j's on a daily basis....I'm a jeans, sweats, b-ball shorts, and t shirt kind of guy. I go with comfort instead of style. I'm in a studio for 10-12 hrs a day so fukk a belt, my ninja. I'll throw on the suit or dress clothes when the occasion calls for. though. I'll wear Vanz until they break apart....the comfrot level on the "classic" is amazing.
