I can't lie, I started watching this on Netflix and it's becoming a guilty pleasure. Thought it would be some corny romantic comedy show (and it kind of is) but it's also lowkey hilarious, mostly due to random shyt like this

especially with all the musical numbers. but it's so over the top with it that it kind of works. It reminds me of a white Jewish girl version of Awkward Black Girl with a bigger budget

I love the show! Never finished the second season. But will watch now.
This show is really good and most of the original songs are catchy as fukk. I had that fukking Santa Anna Winds song stuck in my head for days.
