when i think about the trans community from a healthcare perspective, I dont think about sex changes. That should be something that they fund personally. They should have equitable access to healthcare though, and be treated with the same respect given to anyone else.

I actually agree with what you said as far as discrimination. Deceit is where I feel like a line should be drawn. No way in hell should a person be able to just hide the fact that they were born of a different gender. For one, it could possibly put both parties at risk. Also the partner deserves a right to know something that serious.
