I had to go for probation, I remember I walked over to the liquor store across the street after the meeting and this Frank Gallagher looking cac from the meeting followed me over there and pulled up on me . Hit him with

Withdrawals no joke.
I used to come home to my moms on the floor having a seizure or the shakes.
One time she was in ICU and she was hallucinating and they said they didnt give her medicine. I dropped her off that morning amd the next day she couldnt evem recognize me. She didnt realize she was in the hospital thought she was in her bedroom.

They was tryna watch over her because they can die from the DTs or tremors.

One of my roommates in there literally didn’t leave his bed for 3-4 days. Just slept. He looked rough, shaking, slept all day. He only got up so they could check his vitals.

And every morning we do a check in with the group before chow at the DFAC. Guys would pipe up and say they were hallucinating. Wild shyt.

A lot of those guys also had mental health issues as well. Zooted up on medication. That may have had something to do with it
