Anyone else able to work from home?

easy i just hook up my laptop and just connect via my organizations vpn. i work as a developer and most of my coworkers are in another state. there is really no reason to be in the office

I’m the opposite, I can’t get anything done at home. I’d be bullsh1tting 60% of the time smh

The only benefit of working from home for me is not having to deal with traffic, other than that, I prefer working from the office as it provides a clear separation of concerns, when in the office, I'm at work, when I'm home, I'm not at work.

Having an office and something to work on is helpful to me. I prefer it to being in the office when the home set up is right.

I love working from home so I can workout and watch tv while working.
I always get my shyt done so its not a problem.

Oh and as @Matt504 said... not having to deal with traffic is huge

Three days at the office, two days at home. I do about 4 hours, if that on my home days.

I do sometimes. I just started this year and I only did it because of the polar vortex.

It was convenient and since I tend to get work done quickly...It was easy.

All I need to do for future reference is find out a way to hook up a second monitor to my PC and I'll be good if I were to work from home again in the future.

Yeah I get distracted more lol..but I do make sure I work until all the things on my agenda for the day are done.

I work from home 5 days a week for the last 3 years. Im much more productive at home because I'm not chatting all day.You dont have to deal with traffic & you have much more time for yourself. My job isnt demanding at all so Im usually bullshytting all day. I really need to find more constructive uses of my time

Soon I will be working three days office, two days home. I personally prefer working from home. When there is nothing going on I can watch TV, play video games or rest lol.

At my previous job, it was similar....4 days office, 1 day home....it slowly became 3 days home, 2 days office. Heck sometime id log in and just sleep. My boss had no idea what I do...I was working independently. As long as my projects were done, he didn't give a shyt.
