The great thing about working from home is that you can work two jobs. One of my boys is making over 230K a year working two jobs remotely. He works probably 60 hours a week or so.

I used to spend between 2-3 hours in the car every day for work, plus gas and tolls and wear and the and tear on my cars.

Working remotely for the past 7 months takes some getting used to, but being able to go to all of my sons practices and eat dinner with the family has been amazing.

I used to work from home, but with my new job, I work mostly in the office, with the option to work at home if I need it. I prefer working at the office TBH. While there are more perks to working at home(no commute, more productive, can get more things done, etc), I prefer to socialize with my coworkers everyday, like dressing up and looking nice, and love my office culture(we get free asian food everyday for lunch every other week, cocktails every friday, random celebrations for holidays, and I can control my hours to come and go as I please anyway). The cons are obviously gas, and I don't see my son for as long as I did before, but I like working at the office. After I put in a year here, I'll probably start working from home half the week and commuting the other half. What I do can be done at home.

I’ve been working from home for about 8 years now. At first just doing my own business but I picked up a gig also for the extra cash. Only downside is I have to make my girl respect my work time, and not try to distract me because I’m at home

3 three days home, 2 at the office.

Obviously, home is the place to be...but for when heavy and/or detailed analysis is needed, working from the office is easier. Saving data takes longer at home for some reason.

When at the office, I get in touch with my music....so its a win there also.

Honestly, I don't really care that much for working from home. Only on slow days where I'm doing more admin type work or I have "busy" work to do.

I like the separation of work and home, although these days I've been taking more work home than I'd like.

The biggest benefit to working from home is commute. I genuinely feel that commute time is the biggest factor to people's dread of work.

I interned in Cambodia a few years back and my round trip commute (on foot) was 12-13 mins. My quality of life amazing :ohlawd:.

Now working from home at one of those co-working spaces would be nice if I had one like 15 mins away.

I will add, if I can get a decent home working space with 2-3 screens at my next place, then I'll definitely consider trying to work from home every other Friday or so.

Hell no. I only get work done at school. If I go home my roommate is yelling at his fellow gamers and shyt is distracting.

I'll say fukk it in a second and start binge watching shyt on Netflix or playing Overwatch.

Was yesterday for the first time ever because of a severe storm and I enjoyed it.

Need to find a job where I can all the time

I can, I only do it when I’m sick or there’s bad weather I don’t feel like driving in. Otherwise I like coming into the office because I got my desk set up proper. If I could get a home office set up the same way, the office would never see me again.

It is hard tho, when I’m working from home, I’m playing Madden half the time and laying on the couch watching tv. Unproductive as fukk.
