I used to box, also did some taekwondo and a little MMA, I currently train in wing chun along with regular circuit training. Boxing gives you the quickest results out of anything I've trained in both in terms of fitness and the ability to use what you've learned outside. Wing chun sets you up to end fights quickly with little effort, the reflexes you develop from chi sau are amazing, also the chain punches make your regular punches a lot faster. The MMA class I trained at was very intense in terms of fitness but I didn't think there was enough technique being taught. Taekwondo makes you mentally tough, gives you some powerful kicks but is not particularly useful outside of competition.

Cap is a primarily a standup striking art. Jiujitsu is primarily a grappling/ground art. One is based in dance the other is based on closing the distance taking down am opponent and striking choking him or breaking one of his limbs.

Sounds like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is similar to Commando Krav Maga. Its an Israeli martial art and the purpose, the technique is to make as much damage as possible in little time.

It ain't really about fighting, its about ending a fight as quick as possible by using brutal type of strikes, like breaking limbs and things like that, sort of like what u mentioned...

Whatever works for you. Krav Maga is a jack of all trade master of none type art. I would use it to learn disarming weapons but thats about it. If i wanted to learn striking or grappling id focus on an art that teaches those disciplines.
