I manage a team of around a dozen people at work and it seems like every week someone is getting Covid. It's hard to say if they are telling the truth or just using it for free paid time off.

yeah I don't question shyt, but over here HR be popping in their email like "we need documentation" if you take the extra covid leave




so far nobody has lied, some people have just taken regular sick time and said it was covid tho and HR don't get in their business, nor do i.
