Does anyone know how the fed. dropping interest rates to 0 impacts mortgage interest rates? I was gonna wait until next year to move but if those interest rates drop under 2%

Last week , you couldve got a 15yr @2.5% or a 30yr @3% ....but the lenders got overwhelmed by refinance applications . they MAY go back down a bit from today, BUT lenders dont have to lower rates on mortgages. They raised them this week to dissuade people from applying so they can catch up . They did a lot of layoffs.

Plus, this mainly affects rates for banks

I'm a big fan of Loft design. That's way I mentioned exposed brick and tall ceilings. Natural light. Open concept. I'd also get a garage door in either the kitchen or front room that opens up to the backyard.

Yeah, a lot of these homes are way too big. I mostly like the detail in the fixtures, floating panels with LED lights and stuff. They're just really nicely designed and furnished, but I don't see myself living in one even if I could afford it as a young guy with no family. Only when I make my big family.
