Chakits in Vegas (vid in OP)

and this lady in Atlanta

and of course ZIllow

I subbed to her channel a few weeks ago. I love looking at the cribs on her page. My only complaint is she's only on the northside of town. There are subdivisions full of semi luxury homes like these and they're all black owned on the southside.

Walden Park, GA Real Estate & Homes for Sale: from $275,000

this neighborhood is right behind the school I work at. Ive been in one of those homes before, that shyt had like 5 bedrooms, 2 basements, a bar and a they had their own theater. One of my goals is to get a crib like that even if its just me living there alone :mjcry:

this vid is a little long, but its a dope ass crib

I used to like watching “House Hunters” on HGTV. It’s more relatable than looking at mansions that I’ll never plan on owning. Even if I was wealthy enough to buy one of those multi-million dollar homes, I don’t think that I would. I’d rather buy an entire block or an entire subdivision of nice homes and let some members of my family each have their own house that they’re responsible for.

I am currently on the market for acreage, though. I plan on buying some land really soon.

In Chicago we got this free magazine that’s out on the streets called Modern Luxury. I pick one up every month, I like looking at the articles on and ads for luxury homes in the area.

Open House and Open House NYC...they come on late night Sundays on NBC and I check that out as well

Y’all should watch selling sunset on Netflix. I’m constantly facepalming at myself for watching it, but I can’t lie, it is entertaining and the houses are amazing. It’s like a mean girls documentary with a dash of luxury homes

First season follows them completing this house,

$400,000 barely gets you started in what way? What area do you live in where you gotta spend $500,000 to build a house?

My dream house won't have as many finishes as your typical house. I'd even go as far as using recycled material.

he don't know what he talking about, I know a builder who can build a million dollar home with a couple hundred thousands

he doesn't realize home value comes down to the area its in and square footage

Yeah, sometimes, but I find homes that get the most out of their space more interesting.

Hidden storage, transformer furniture, multiple uses.

I couldn't live in a tiny home, but you can learn a thing or two from some of the design.

If I ever hit the lotto, I'm buying 20 homes on adjoining city blocks and turning the backyards into a giant family park.
