Nah, as the walls close in on us, I feel more determined to fight back. And I don't mean I internalize my anger, I mean I look within to see what I can change about myself instead of what I see outsiders doing that I don't like.

I would drive myself crazy if I did that all day.

Most people are shyt and only a few have nuggets of good in them. If you are, especially black, then you can add 10x the fukkery to your life.

We can't win. If we're good, cacs and others try to take advantage of us. If we're not, they look down on us and confirm their biases.

I'm stopped trying to prove myself/worth to others earlier this year and it feels fukking fantastic expecting nothing of others and the best of yourself

Don't bother wasting your time on that shyt. The only life you save may be your motherfukking own. You can school, drop wisdom, help out someone or more and the whole nine and they still manage to fukk up, stuck in the same place, doing the same shyt, end up with nothing. You gotta let people learn on their own. Its their life so its their choice. Just worry about you. Don't stress yourself out over shyt you can't control and wind up fukked up while the same people you worrying about busy chilling, living, healthy, doing the same bullshyt.

Saying this shyt, I too been the hard headed person that had to be schooled, been taught gems and etc and didn't listen and ended up losing, paying the price and what have you. Ego is a motherfukker. All that shyt happens for a reason where it forces someone to be humble so they smarten up and wisen up that is if they give a fukk. That's how to survive, stay alive, succeed in life.
