You gonna tell me they had the tech in 1969 to create a perfect replica of the moons surface, and 39 years later have it match up with 3-D imaging done by a 3rd party The real pics, match up with the 3-D remapping.

The Soviets probably didn't have the technology or research to disprove the landing back then so that's why they didn't do it. Now a days the cold war has been over for a long time so no one really gives a f*ck anymore.

And the Japanese and American government are friendly so they could be in on the lie together.
