People post randomly vague questions on The Coli all the time for fukkery purposes and I responded back in what I can only assume is the same jest he made it in. I could have offered serious advice along the lines of what you said (Congrats on that, I was gonna get at you for judging the posts of others without offering your own genuine advice) but from what I've learned rolling around TLR, if a dude ain't posting a detailed enough story about his problem/experience, it's more than likely just a gag thread he creating that will eventually garner interest for a bit until he makes......yet another gag thread, rinse and repeat.

If dude was serious....he'd a said he was serious or offer a bit more insight into his affliction as the thread wore on, I'd like to think, but per your assumption I'm guessing myself and others who made light of his situation dissuaded him to not to even bother since most none of us took it serious. I'm sorry, breh.

I was gonna be more condescending towards you with a bunch of gifs'n'shyt but I had to sit for a minute and look at it from your perspective, especially after I saw your first post and could only assume that Op's topic touched on a personal issue for you. Had it been something more pressing like suicidal thoughts or an anguished plea for revenge or some shyt, I wouldn't have been so comically flippant about it.

However it's easy to look past the problems and turmoil behind a person's post and ridicule it and in turn him/her based off of past instances; plus it's easy for alot of people to be mean and dismissive as fukk for apparently no reason at times on here, so I get what you're saying. It's all good, however I think I should start to tack on a bit of sensible information with my absurd dialogue if I'm not entirely sure like with this thread.

I don't think this is something you want to discus with these folks on the coli, they don't really care and will make a joke out of your problems. Let me be the one person who'll actually give you a response worth reading in this thread. If you are actually hearing voices, that is a sign of schizophrenia, but you don't want to self-diagnose yourself with something you hopefully don't have. Talk to someone you're very close to and trust with intimate details about your life, even before going to a psychiatrist. People who are close to you and genuinely care about you will help you the best way they can, the doctor will just tell you your crazy and put you on meds. However, if your problem is severe enough to where you need to go on meds, it's nothing wrong with that at all. Research what you perscribed and have loved ones monitor your behavior. Mental illness run in my family, and my uncle was a schizophrenic. You can't help how your brain is wired. Don't let these dumb ass folks on here make you feel bad or crazy for being concerned with your mental health, we all have problems

I appreciate the solid response bruh. Now that I think of it my grandmother was actually diagnosed with a mental illness years ago. I guess I never thought that much of it since it would maybe happen twice or three a year and go away after a few minutes. When I was younger shyt had my legit shook.

Now I just try to be still and mediate.

You should seek out professional mental help. The people that I know who are bipolar, schizophrenic, or both experienced signs like that in the beginning. One of my mothers patients said that when she was younger she would hear a voice in her head asking her if she hates God or not, and telling her to kill herself. It would tell her that if she said God is bad then it would leave her alone. Se said the voice would tell her to stab herself and try to kill her parents. She also went on to say that she tried to choke her younger siblings when they were babies because of the voice in her head. As she got older and into her adult years she started seeing stuff and said angels and demons were trying to steal her soul and she would start shouting at them. Please seek professional help even if it seems like a joke.
