Anyone ever hear screaming/yelling in their head?

I appreciate the solid response bruh. Now that I think of it my grandmother was actually diagnosed with a mental illness years ago. I guess I never thought that much of it since it would maybe happen twice or three a year and go away after a few minutes. When I was younger shyt had my legit shook.

Now I just try to be still and mediate.

Continue to do what helps you. You may want to talk to you grandma, if she's alive, or your mother to get some background on your family's mental health history. If you ever decide to see a doctor, they'll ask about it. Don't over think it, but if you feel it's a serious problem, please don't hesitate to seek help

If I'm in between sleep and being awake I hear noises sometimes screams or random music.

That's interesting. For me its mostly just random times, but I believe I have experienced the same at least one time prior. What do you when that happens?

it genuinely stems from a good place like you have to be good but please believe that is not what you will go through you going to exprience what you would call 'wickedness' but thats not even it the shyt that you will see and hear thats the real 'secret'

if its not that then geniunely just go to your doc about your problems but obviously dont tell him everything just say you have problems sleeping and they can go from there to help you. one more thing if you do get a chance to ride this illuminati electric show please believe you will have very very serious problems sleeping.

I realize our mental health is definitely not something to play with. It hurts my heart when I see brothers out here getting killed or walking about the streets homeless who clearly have mental issues and no one in our community really cares to discuss it.

You should seek out professional mental help. The people that I know who are bipolar, schizophrenic, or both experienced signs like that in the beginning. One of my mothers patients said that when she was younger she would hear a voice in her head asking her if she hates God or not, and telling her to kill herself. It would tell her that if she said God is bad then it would leave her alone. Se said the voice would tell her to stab herself and try to kill her parents. She also went on to say that she tried to choke her younger siblings when they were babies because of the voice in her head. As she got older and into her adult years she started seeing stuff and said angels and demons were trying to steal her soul and she would start shouting at them. Please seek professional help even if it seems like a joke.

Appreciate it. For me it's been more so random distorted sounds/voices. I thankfully haven't heard anything like you mentioned.

It usually hear DMX yelling and rabbling about something with Lil Jon yelling at DMX to instigate the situation
