I've been lifting for a while now for 4 days a week constantly. Last night I was trying to get through my routine but it seemed like my body was just burned out and I had to cut it short. I'm thinking about just taking one solid week off to let my body recover. Anyone else ever had to do this?
definitely do it every now and then.

if you feel like you need a break you probably do. everybody should deload every once in a while. whether it's cutting back on weight and/or volume for a week or just plain ol taking off.
the worst thing is you start becoming like the demonic unfit people, I started thinking whats the point of gym
then the g inside me snapped me back out of it. Got my new wrist straps and my wrist feeling a lot better, back in on Monday
Gonna go light though
