Anyone going to Trinidad for Carnival

Never been to Carnival in Trinidad; I generally go to Brazil.

I never been to the brazil carnival, but try Trinidad one day, my friends that have been to both all said trinidad is a better experience. Im going out there for a week and was seeing if any coli fam members were going to be on the road..

Id rather save my money and go to the real carnival in rio or bahia.

ive been listening to trinidad radio lately and them nikkas go hard. while over here nikkas are half asleep from smoking so much weed and sipping lean, they're over there turnt up like they just drank 10 redbulls in a row. every song was on some high energy shyt

I don't understand how ppl can compare carnivals ...I'd go to brazil and experience their carnival ..but in Trinidad ..i know bare soca tunes ah run...My spanish is at the beginner stage ..while I can do my thing as long as the riddim is poppin...I'd like to know what I'm wining to..

well they tell me that in brazil there is less participation and the music/energy isnt as good.. In trinidad the island shuts down totally for a week party all day and all night..crazy fetes nonstop and 2 days of carnival to complete the week of festivities. I havent been to brazils carnival but I know it is hard to top this and i been to a few carnivals.
