Anyone have a list of jacked up police shootings?

I've tried google but didn't run across anything but does anyone have a list of police shootings where the police jacked up? I was watching the John Stewart show from yesterday and the second skit where the black guy is running across the country trying to find a place to not get shot..cause he's black... and they went through about a half dozen jacked up shootings...

Anyone have a more comprehensive list?

there are not a lot of great resources right now, but fatal encounters is growing into the most comprehensive database of homicde by cop available to the public.

as far as i know, these are not exclusively questionable circumstances. these are merely all the cop-caused deaths they have been able to find info on.
