How long has she been in business? Has she established a credit history with the business with a business credit card? Banks are tough on small biz these days and don't fall for the loan sharkers.
P2P lenders like Lending Club, Prosper, Kabbage, etc. are personal loans but can help.
Is she black? If so look into community development funds.
