I think Chantix and other meds designed to help people quick work by becoming a replacement of sorts for nicotine delivery. I remember I smoked for years and then switched to Snus. I did snus for a couple of years and I kid you not...one day I simply woke up and decided I didn't need snus nor cigarettes again. And that was simply that. I swear I didn't even experience any withdrawals. I occasionally sit down and wonder what mechanism in my mind allowed it to be so easy that time after failing other times. Was it because the Snus allowed a higher and constant amount of nicotine into my bloodstream and it desensitized my system from it? If you left it in your mouth while you slept you would have crazy dreams. Not only were they vivid, they would be about the wildest situations. I remember one that has stayed with me. Jesus was standing next to my bed holding an egg that had tentacles breaking out of it. I wasn't even scared....it was the most natural thing in the world as far my dream self was concerned.

I don't even think Snus is still sold in the states. It had been big overseas for centuries before it hit the states. It was supposed to be safer(I know I know) and it probably was(I know I know but all these nicotine delivery methods have varying degrees of safety keep it 100). Even though I'm not quite sure how it worked, I'm glad I started fooling around with it, because I likely wouldn't have quit smoking without it. I don't recommend it to anyone though. It was a substitution for a stronger delivery that somehow led to full blown quitting altogether. Probably isolated as hell.

.....the taste of food and the smells after you drop those cigs though.....:blessed::stylin:

I almost went back to it. My dad gave me his e-go c-twist vape pen and I don't even think about smoking cigarettes anymore. I have menthol flavor so it still taste like a cig. Have you tried it? Only downside is how delicate this thing is. Where you been breh? Haven't seen you in the booth in a long time.

chantix wasn't that bad for me. My dreams were a little more vivid, but nothing to make me wake up sweating or nothing like that. People did say I was more moody, but I just blamed that on trying to stop smoking and after that, they were mostly supportive. I've heard of crazy stories with chantix (online), but I would recommend it overall. It does work.

BTW since I never updated from the OP: I was able to go until mid December without smoking. Got drunk, got offered cigs, and I started smoking again. Haven't stopped since

I can't post nearly as much as I want between college and everything nowadays. I'm not even up on the new music anymore:to:

I quit till I have money to buy the next pack :snoop:
I roll my own so this is never a problem :heh:. Do it bro. Get a rolling machine for like $3, pack of filters for $2, rolling papers for $2, or get one of the bags of tobacco that come with their own rolling paper for like $10 or less and you'll be set. I bought a 6oz bag of pipe tobacco for $6 and still have it 2 months later
