I love smoking before and after pt every morning. I only smoke like 5 a day unless I'm drinking.

I quit tobacco in March 2013. I smoked heavily from my freshman in college which was 99 until then. shyt was easy for me cuz around 2011 I kept getting wicked sinus infections from smoking both weed and tobacco. Eventually I just stopped cuz whenever I hit a cig or black it would make me nauseous and dizzy cuz I was always getting sick. Now I just smoke weed but I still get infections if I smoke a lot.

I've tried quitting before a couple of times and have been mildly successful. The hard part isn't the beginning stages where you have those real bad cravings, it's when almost all of your cravings are gone and you start thinking shyt is sweet - that's when it sneaks back up on you. The only advice I can give you is that if you're seriously considering quitting - become a homebody. Seriously, do not go out until you feel extremely comfortable because you might last a week, a month, or maybe even longer but one of those days when the alcohol starts flowing and your inhibitions are down and somebody decides to light one up...all it takes is that one whiff :noah: and for your drunk brain to tell you that you'll only just do it this one time and in a week you will be back to smoking the same amount you were before, if not more.

join the vapor movement breh. You can buy a starter kit for like 50$. I recommend the joy tech model. It comes with two vaporizers and power up kits. It satisfies your nicotine craving and "hits" you like a real cig. Im sure you have a vapor store in your city by now.

You'll save a ton of money as well. The juice you buy is much cheaper than cigs.

No more smoke and tar killing your lungs
No more bad breath and stinky fingers
No more smokey clothes

I just did not too long ago and it feels great....I haven't been able to breathe this well in ages

My roommate gave up smoking, eventually I just stoped too since we would bum cigs off of each other.

I smoked for 16 years. Tried to stop various times. Essentially I needed chantix, and stepped down gradually from a pack a day to half a pack a day in week 2, 5 a day in week 3, then eventually the craving for cigarettes became so small, I was able to not buy a pack when I ran out. I also stopped hanging around friends that smoked and encouraged me to smoke and stopped drinking while I was attempting to stop smoking because alcohol is enhanced by liquor. After about 5-7 days of no cigarettes, the physical symptoms of nicotine are gone and it's all mental. Good luck.

I did the same thing. I'm one week cig free. It's was easy this time around because of chantix. It severely reduced the physical addiction. Everything else was psychological which for me was not a big deal. I know 7 days may not sound like a lot, but I have never been able to go more than two days without smoking in the last 10 years.
