Got my re broker license in 2008. Which enables me to work for myself or have people work for me. In Ma re salespersons must work for a broker. Hooked up with 2 friends who wanted to start a re company in 2013 and we're still here. Just switched locations into a lovely spot. Coli brehs and brehettes le me know if you need to make real estate moves in Massachusetts!

How many years with real estate license?
And many sales per year does it take to become a broker?
Commercial and residential?
What's best and most difficult part about being a broker?

1. Been licensed since 2006
2. 3 years working full time as a salesperson for another broker. Then take course and exam.
3. I do more residential than commercial.

Hardest part of being a broker is finding the right people to work with you. The broker is responsible for anything that goes wrong due to the salesperson and they come to you for guidance and advice. You really have to be available to them so they don't do something wrong.

Forgot the best part of being a broker is getting money from whoever works with you and nurturing potential thoroughbreds.
