The only way racism will end is if there's a worldwide obstacle to overcome that affects everyone around the globe equally. To make people stop believing that everyone is different just because of skin color.

Nah, they got "rich" (which, to be honest, is crumbs and not true wealth) being blind, deaf and dumb (silent) about racism. basically, we'd have to be facing an alien invasion for everyone to realize that it's humans (all races) vs Aliens.

I think not paying attention to 'race relations' is foolish, but at the same time I feel that many take it way too personal.
That happens with many things, not just race. It's good to have sight beyond sight and see what's really going on in the world - whether it be wealth, gender or race relations, politics etc. - but don't fall into the trap of bitterness.
Know the game, know the players, and play it to the best of your ability and improve your station in life.
Some people are congenitally angry. They spend their whole lives being angry at something. They're angry at 'white supremacy', angry at women or feminism, angry at the government, angry at the 1%, angry at the Illuminati(or whatever), angry at religion, angry at patriarchy, angry at liberals or conservatives, angry at c00ns and bedwenches etc.
It's like... damn! The world has always been less than ideal and that's the way it's always going to be, but there is also a lot of beauty and goodness in the world. Take advantage at some of it before you die.
I'd rather be angry than complacent and apathetic. My anger towards evil and ugliness helps me to appreciate what beauty and goodness really is.
I don't think happiness is a good goal anyway.

This strikes me as one of those things that makes sense only in theory. In practice, very few are actually about that life. Most just build up their hatred little by little(to quote from that movie) and keep their wounds green their whole lives.

Even the devil was once an angel. People who think all white people are evil are just stupid. Their are people of color who think/do/act just as bad if not worse... Or would if there was another type of supremacy
Do I think there is an inherited favoritism for whites and learned hatred for blacks/minorities... Yes. But I think there are people in any race/culture that don't believe in it. They believe it exists, but don't believe or follow it
