I'm seeing a chic right now and she is a physical therapist.
I have a shoulder impingement because i'm an idiot and I was doing heavy pause bench presses 3x a week and didn't warm up my shoulder enough I guess and I never do rotator cuff exercise.

Anyhow, she sent me the perfect video to do mobility drills.
But then I started to look at the other videos from this same youtuber and they are all pretty great.

Check all the videos, it's not a long thing any one of them.
They are quick and effective.


If anyone else thinks of an even better channel please post your favorite most effective mobility drill exercises here.

Too many to name but the ones that have help me the most are probably shoulder dislocates and external rotations for upper body. For lower body, 90 90 stretch and prayer squats. Pretty much the same mobility exercises/stretches that olympic lifters do.

You lift long enough you get enough over use injuries that you start incorporating the rehab exercises as warmups lol.

All my little injuries ended up being valuable lessons.
