I hunt pretty much everything
For Deer/Hogs I have different rifles In .270, 308,30-06 and 6.5 creedmore, but I’ve taken deer and hogs down with my ARs and AKs it really just depends on where youre hunting, size of game and if you’re gonna need to shoot through brush or not. I stalk so I prefer to roll light lately.

Do you plan on stalking or hunting from a stand?

Dove season starting here soon :blessed:

Specifically Deer hunting

What’s the best rifle for it? Someone recommended Winchester Model 70 but is there an effective but cheaper option?

Countrybrehs I need y’all 10 toes down.

Ruger American. 243/270 :blessed:

Winchester 783 really can't go wrong.

You can't bait them that's illegal.

No. I like guns and the outdoors and unneccessarily killing animals seems sociopathic to me.
Theres nothing unnecessary about it .first and foremost you need to research and see what an abundance of animals do to land. Research what happens to land when there too many deer, too many rabbits, too many squirrels. Research what happens when there are too many predators and the effect it has on animals that need to be there.

Also you eat the animals (if the animals aren't sick),you use the hide to make things.

It's not a difficult concept to understand at all.

So how u posed to get em?:gucci:

Just catch them slippin?

Yea. You gotta do your research. Go scouting the land. Look for resting areas, scat, food source / feeding areas. If you don't have a trail cam. You'll need to go out to the area 3-4 times to see where they be and what they do.

Once you have your area you can decide whether you want to do a treestand or set up a blind or you can find a place to take cover until it's time.
