I'll do it for up to 2 hours. Jumping rope burns more calories per hour than any other cardio exercise. I started doing it in October, and the results happen quickly. Your knees and achilles will get sore when you first start, but it only lasts for a couple of days.

The best way to get good at this is just doing it. I still kind of suck at it but sometimes I’ll have a week or so when I hit them hard and I end up better on the rope than I was.

I’ve been skipping since I was a child, so combine that with playing sports, it has given me really toned legs. I don’t even do leg day. I’ll do 30-45 minutes 3/4 days a week.
