The idea that someone with that many psychological issues would try and assert their power in a negative way shouldn't be a surprise.

If that's truly the case your kids innocence is already gone though...and rape of any kind is one of the hardest crimes to prove in court. Now as a parent, even before I became one I felt like setteling out of court meant you basically sold your child off but it's a bit more complex than that.
My first instinct would be to say fukk the money and kill the motherfukker..but then you're in prison and you lose your child anyway.
If you're gonna look at the parents sideways for taking a settlement, you should be looking at the accused, maybe even moreso sideways for even offering one...

We also have to look at the fact that everyone who was apart of that 2003 trial says that went on in the courtroom was drastically different than how the media played it out in the public. The way they discussed it made it seem as if Mike was guilty when inside the court everything was in his favor. I mean come on son...for someone to be found NOT GUILTY for what was it SEVENTEEN COUNTS???
Obviously you gotta look at the accuser funny. Remember child molestation is the one crime this country takes VERY VERY SERIOUSLY...even someone as loved as Michael Jackson would not have gotten a pass. People neglect to mention Roman Polanski pled guilty and they allowed him to basically go to France before he was supposed to be sentenced
Mike would never get away with something like that.I do however think Mike was gay/bisexual. So those women we have every couple of years who tell of stories how he was an "ass man" and not to believe he is gay(you know the stories they always tell them) ....are not necessarily wrong...but they aren't right either. I would say he is bisexual.

Human beings are complex, we are all capable of shyt that we wouldn't imagine doing on a conscious level. Him making a great album doesn't negate the fact that he was an extremely troubled person with his own history of childhood abuse. Not everybody who goes through that ends up being abusers but it's very common.
That wouldn't make him a monster, it would make him a victim who perpetuated the cycle.

This may sound very strange but I also think that his facial feature the past 15 years before his death is another reason why peoplike you would say he is guilty.
I mean I can't lie when you see a face like that you dont think good but he fukked up his own appearance himself. I truly believe if he looked like Bad or Thriller mike with just a little more vitiligo spots without the extreme bleaching(yes i know he had bleached before Bad) that you would believe different. think about it and tell me what you think

Im all for prosecuting and rehabilitation( if possible) of pedophiles, its really a sickness.
But if he's guilty, he's guilty..yet is he REALLY guilty or a subject of a upbringing that left him psychologically scarred that unscrupulous people want to exploit?
Kids that came out as accusers later in life retracted their statements and said Mike never touch'em, but slept in the same bed..
They "expose" him, run MJ through the media gambit, yet he still gets support?
How and why is that possible?
Because its never been proven he's molested any child.
Where were the protest to remove his albums, block his performances and all but wipe his legacy from entertainment?
