I was just wondering if folks who sleep a normal amount of time (6-10 hours a night) consistently sleep through the entire night? Feels like it's been ages since I was able to do that...i gotta pee 1-2 times at least, should probably stop drinking water right before bed but whatever

Nah.

I’m going to get up at least once during the night, and it’s usually around 3 or 4am no matter what time I go to bed.

For me, I believe it’s stress. I used to take one of those cheap Walmart sleep pills or a Tylenol pm to combat this, but I got tired of being groggy the next day.

My daughter will also get up in the middle of the night to come sleep with her mother and I, and she’s a wild sleeper that likes to cuddle. If her foot isn’t kneeing my stomach, she’s trying to climb up on my chest to sleep there lol

Stop drinking water about 1-2 hours before you head to sleep. Just learned this as I'm on a gallon a day now for 30 days goal.

Also, invest in one of these:
