I was just wondering if folks who sleep a normal amount of time (6-10 hours a night) consistently sleep through the entire night? Feels like it's been ages since I was able to do that...i gotta pee 1-2 times at least, should probably stop drinking water right before bed but whatever

i sleep straight through the night EVERY night, baby

my bed is straight piff status :ohlawd::ahh:

every night when I get ready to get up under the covers, I :steviej: cause I'm legit excited to get all this wonderful sleep I'm about to get :blessed:

Yes usually 4-6 hours.

Yeah, I can sleep thru every night over 6.5 hours straight no problem. I'm still young and men on average have larger bladders.

I just started having to wake up and pee over the last couple of years. Getting up at 4-5am is a trippy experience in itself. You are half awake, anxious and just want to get back to sleep.

For me the cruel joke is that when I finally do get back to sleep, it’s time to wake up. Luckily I work from home and try not to schedule any meetings before 9am.

With this job, I can't because my team manages workflows that run from midnight to 8 am. I wake up at 2 just to make sure there are no issues, then again at 5. I try to get to bed by 11pm. It used to be worse because offshore would literally call me at 1am to tell me there were issues and I'd have to be up to help fix them
