im seeing that they give you 1.8% a year. i wanna see a little off my money while keeping it liquid and not giving it to some fukkin banking criminal to 'lose', etc

good idea? any good banks?

then why not get into a utility ETF ? or look into some Euro stocks ?

I use Ally Bank but that's where I keep my emergency fund. Having it online only and not in say Wells Fargo or BoA puts a bit of "seperation" between me and the money.

That said, I'm thinking about doing like my pops and buying a small safe and keeping like 1-2k in straight cash just in case.

I use Acorns. They put your money in ETFs so you have to pay capital gains if you cash out though.

Setup a balanced ETF portfolio in Vanguard or Charles Schwab.

I made 19% on my money over the last year. It’s money that I don’t plan to touch anytime soon. Turn on the dividend reinvestment and just let it run on auto-pilot.

I keep an emergency fund in a online savings account as well.

I saved up $10,000 I will put in Ally cause it's just sitting in a checking account and I got one with Discover but they take almost a week and a half to move funds. Hope Ally is faster.

Ally is the best one out of the top APRs due to the ancillary products they have.
Discover is good and Synchrony is alo good.

Does it make sense to have a Robinhood and vanguard?
