Civil war is dope but if you like Vietnam you might find it slow because of the obvious lack of footage

Is this the first burns doc with a substantial amount of film?

Just started watching this am.

Wow I like how they go into vietnams history and how it was during frances colonial rule. Their is so many comparisons you can make about what was going on back then with how the US handled that situation and how they handled Iraq and Afghanistan. Seems like we never learn our fukkin lesson.

Ive seen so many Vietnam docs and TV specials that I skipped this one, I may check it out though
