I trying to gain like 30 pounds and that shyt is hard as hell 
It's already hard enough increasing my calorie intake. I'm trying to do like 3k calories a day. I got 2 jugs of protein jugs from GNC, so that should help me out.
I run and play basketball for my cardio. I just got cleared for activity after almost a year because I broke my foot and had to have surgery. So I really have to do some activity on my foot for rehab and to get it back to full strength.
My regular doctor told me I should stop running and playing ball if I want to gain weight because my metabolism is too high
She said that I'm just burning off too many calories.
