Who flipped on Ben Jealous and when?

There was some criticism of Jealous after that awkward interview (just like there was criticism from everybody though) which I'm guessing this guy was conflating with abandoning him. Everything I saw suggested that the establishment didn't give Jealous much help not vice versa. I'm curious if they have anything other then anecdotes and BS to support this claim (same with Gillum, I'm guessing nuanced critiques are being flipped for abandonment which would explain the emotional meltdown some of these cats had at progressives having the audacity to wonder aloud how progressive Beto O'Rourke is when considering whether or not to get behind his potential presidential campaign).
