But this specific vote isn't a situation where AOC is actually a problem.
This funding vote was going to go Pelosi's way whether every member of the Squad voted against it or not.
So the idea of Pelosi bullying AOC to vote present instead of nay over something where AOC's vote didn't matter at all seems like a stretch.

I did, I didn't see anything suggesting she was being grilled. AOC looks upset but unless everyone standing around her also hate her, I dont see what that cac is saying.

You're overlooking the fact that it's about control and Nancy views AOC as the weakest member of the Squad and Progressives even if she's the most notable one. The Progressives are a problem child and it's all about breaking and getting them to fall in line one by now.
You're also overlooking the fact that Nancy is doing the bidding of the Powers at be that run Congress. Those people put Nancy up to do it as she obviously wasn't going to make that scene by herself alone.

Voting "Present" isn't fighting against the system. Hell, voting "No" on a bill that you know is going to pass no matter what isn't really much more than a performative action but that would've at least been better than voting "present".Everyone interpreted this thread the wrong ass way
