Texas actually takes more than it gives. I don't think a single red state contributes more than it takes away.

You guys underestimate how deep this MAGA cult is. If Trump survives another 3 years he's going to challenge the 22nd amendment because his two terms wasn't in succession and he has the supreme court so he'll most likely win.

If he doesn't survive, they'll throw JD Vance out there to keep the cult going but he doesn't have Trump charisma so they'll be weak and might pivot to Desantis.
