Well I don't really wanna live in the northern suburbs or far east burbs. They're way too out the way and too white for my taste.

I prefer a area around Mesquite/Pleasant Grove.

Even downtown or close by

To each his own. I used to live there near Balch Springs for a couple of years, I had to . Too much bullshiit. It's cheap, but it ain't worth it.
I moved north, and although it's much more expensive (maybe even too expensive in some places), I'm glad I did.
