Apartment is fun when you first living yourself.
My first apartment, one of the female neighbours was very noisy while having sex, screaming the place down. I think she never knew everyone could hear, it was sexual frustrating during dry spells lol

But 2) You can be in a nice building but it still not be anywhere near a brand new construction.

shyt they be putting them shyts up so fast I’d bet most of them newer buildings definitely got these problems. They’re growing apartment buildings in Charlotte man., everywhere you turn there’s a new building up.
You would love living in the buildings lol. The last thing you need to be worried about is noisey neighbors lol ( Rats, roaches, rodents, etc)

I think having a condo as a separate pad that you can get away to sounds dope but I definitely prefer having a house with a yard
