Apartment rents fall again as vacancies break record

The rent bubble was going to burst at some time or another the other thing is the municipal tax abatements are going to be expiring for a lot of developments.
Yeah at some point they would have to realize nobody is signing up for these luxury apartments they keep building everywhere.

And the worst thing about them is that they ran out of space to put luxury apartments in city centers , so they started putting luxury apartments very far away from amenities like stadiums, colleges, theaters, CBD areas, parks, etc. So the people that could afford luxury apartments had no incentive to move into the newer ones.

It's absurd to me the prices for these luxury apartments. Why i wanna spend 2k in rent foe a 1br 1ba apartment in.buckhead.

Then gotta pay almost an extra 200 in fees for trash, water, mail service, my own parking spot. Then also gotta hope my car don't get broken into

I’m really worried about the economy. It feels like a depression is coming.

The depression has been here for at least the last two years. The social awareness of our society as a whole has become so cloudy and easily manipulated that they're playing right in our faces. No hiding their games anymore.
