There are no lower rent prices ANYWHERE. Prices are jumping monthly. It's just like the propaganda they've been pushing with grocery prices dropping. While everyday shoppers see increases weekly. Hence them directly PLAYING IN OUR FACES. Instead of doing the shenanigans behind our backs like before.These lower prices not hitting South Florida

Been lookin for a new apartment the last few months I don’t see lower rent it’s all mad high
Again, supply and demand. Now yall get why rent control doesn’t work. Build more and rents are even cheaper.

You all know that "Economic Depression" has a definition right?

It is a more extreme and lasting version of a recession, often defined by criteria like more than a 10% drop in GDP and unemployment exceeding 20%."
@Elim Garak is right. We are a ways away from that, but they are hiding the economic data now. Even if we eventually reach one, we will feel it before they let the data tell us that its here.
