If we're being honest, Apollo and Kalisto were the start of HHH on his hoarding shyt because they were both signed way before they were ready and had just started to maybe start to kind of get some sort of hype for them on the indies. There have been few guys that were as blatantly signed because HHH saw their names a few times on the internet. They were signed just to sign them with no ideas or plans for them and they've just been random guys for years even when they were in NXT.

Let’s define “called up too early” like are y’all putting that on the talent or the office?
Cuz there are green guys & gals that’s been called up too early but the office used them right and they thrived.
Then there are the season guys that’s been around the world and even world champs wrestling over a decade, but they get called up and flopped.

Crews has potential in ring, if they can get a proper character for him his value goes up, no-one really knows who he is,
