Once Zuri's bytch ass helped T'Challa during the fight T'Challa lost IMO. And T'challa needed to be revived with other people's help. nikka got washed.

Zuri was doing his job, he was a spy not a snitch. He was there solely to report back to T’chaka. N’jobu not only tried to kill Zuri for doing that job he hired Klaue to help him steal from his own people so he got dealt with
