48% of marriages end in divorce. Yes, but this statistic is highly skewed by astronomically high divorce rates for people who get married under the age of 25 and people who have lower education. If you’re a college educated woman who gets married after 30, you have over an 80% chance of having a lasting marriage.

All things @Emperor_ReinScarf told us not to do :lupe: He said don't focus on your education/career & get married before 27.

trust a no name site from a cac psychologist who makes/made hsi salary of counselling :sas1:

or trust a government site with national data
  • Number of marriages: 2,118,000
  • Marriage rate: 6.8 per 1,000 total population
  • Divorce rate: 3.6 per 1,000 population

nobody refuted the statistics though they just made sense of the quantitative data we have infront of us, stats mean nothing if not examined
