How to decrease appetite?

Triying to lose weight

Wish I could get my hands on some ozempic

that sh!t comes with unpleasant side effects

I would suggest filling up with a big bowl of low carb vegetables before eating a small portion of carbs.
you can steam/cook delicious low carb veggies (cabbage, asparagus, broccoli) with ur fav spices and sauces

here's how ur plate looks

50% of those vegetables named above
25% protein (preferably fish or chicken breast)
25% carbs of ur choice

you can expect to lose 8 pounds a month

Eat more vegetables. Many of them have very low calories and are very filling. Cereals, like oatmeal, as well but these may take some finessing to get it tasting right. Yogurts too. I mix lowfat yogurt with my protein powder as a breakfast and I'm good for hours

And by vegetables I mean most of your plate should be vegetables.

oatmeal w/ peanut butter
consume greens like crazy (easiest way is to throw kale/spinach/spring mix with a piece of fruit in a Ninja blender)

high fiber + IF + eliminate processed foods (that shyt makes u addicted to snacking whether you're hungry or not) = success

There's a japanese fiber that's low carb and fills your stomach. It expands in the presence of water
