Green tea does wonders for me. Coffee will spike my appetite in like two hours, but it can hold me over in a pinch.

Interestingly enough I've noticed that I'm not actually that hungry after work, but I confuse dehydration signals with hunger. So I add low cal sweetened fruit juice dilute to water and drink like a litre of that stuff and then dinner. Then I won't snack for the rest of the evening.

Absolute game changer considering my only weight loss tools were fasting and staying out of the house.

Eat high protein, low carbs. Your body burns carbs for energy. If the carbs aren’t there, it burns fat. Your body will eat itself. And don’t drink calories.

Cut/replace sugar and simple carbs (basically anything white is bad for you), eat clean don't drink store bought juice or any soda , drink lots of water and Tea. Learn about making home blended (vegetable+fruit) juices.

be more active you'll burn the fat instead of sticking to your body. Walk, run, bike ride, jump rope, stair climb, any activity for 45 mins a day, Cheat code is jumping rope continuously for 15 mins its like running for 45 mins. Add a weighted rope and you get a even more total workout. In less time.

Of course these are just basics the smart play is to go get a physical, get a full work up . then go to the nutritionist so they can craft a diet suited for you personally .
taking in mind any ailments or deficiencies you might have in your body/ bloodstream.
Dont take any OTC gym bro cure without knowing if you have high blood pressure or anything else.


I went when I was 20 cause I was getting skinny fat and lethargic during winter, found out I was lactose intolerant and a few other minor mineral/vitamin deficiencies easily treatable and preventable with a specific diet. All that going unchecked would have lead to High blood pressure , strokes, heart problems , even Kidney problems and Diabetes (Yes my diet was crazy at 20 fried dorm food plus Beef patties and add drinking )
So make the smart play and go see a health professional. Before you start running in a plastic suit and have a meltdown :martin:

OP one of them greedy nikkas who eat up 75% of the communal pizza and wings at parties and hyperventilates because of the overwhelming array of options when he gets to the speaker at fast food drive thrus.
