The carrier deal would be better if it was an instant credit. They are just trying to lock you to the carrier for another 3 years.

I got US Mobile on my burner line and have been considering taking my main line and my moms phone to it but Im still shook of MVNO for full service even though id say they have the best so far. but I have a T-Mo grandfathered plan so I won't leave until Im forced

Don't the phones themselves do live translation? I don't see a reason the need headphones at all to do live translation when you have to use the phone for the other person.
