Had to pass on the 128GB. It's an acceptable size but I'd rather pay a little more and have extra than not enough. My iPhone X is 256GB so I went with that again. It's funny because this phone cost about as much as that iPhone X did. You would think that the equivalent level phone 3 years later would cost less.

Brehs if you order from Apple.com look for the pick up express option at a local Apple store, it’s showing next week for me instead of the November shipping date. I’m getting $370 back for trade in, plus’s a $150 gift card from T-Mobile 
Preordered a 256GB Pacific Blue 12 Pro at about 8:10AM with release day as the expected delivery date. Even though I have Apple Pay set up, the Apple Store app kept erroring out when I tried to check out, so I ended up ordering on my laptop. Funny enough, Safari was taking its sweet time loading apple.com while I was able to get logged in, select the device and check out quick with Chrome.
I was going to trade in my 11 Pro, but Apple's being even stingier with the trade-in value this year, so I'm probably just going to sell it on my own.
