Just a big ass speaker that can also act as a hub for HomeKit automations. I got mine set up to turn on the lights when the first person gets home. You can use it for Siri to turn on/off devices, make calls, send messages, set alarms and reminders. shyt like that. Just like Alexa and the echo.

but I really don’t care about any of that because the sound quality of the speaker is so damn good. I just connect it to my Apple TV and watch movies with it.

It was too booming for my girl so I ended up separating them into different rooms. The HomePod division must be run by an old ATL DJ cuz apple went super hard on the bass with these.
